You have the right to return any item within 30 days of receiving it, no questions asked, provided:

• The product is unused and in its original packaging

• All original accessories and documentation are included

We will provide clear instructions for returning the item via a parcel locker or courier service.

All products come with a 2-year warranty, in accordance with Latvian consumer protection laws. If your product develops a fault within this period, please contact us, and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account

Shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).
